2. Subject of Agreement:
The subject of this agreement is describing the policies, legal rights and responsibilities of the services provided through self-service channels for the Subscribers of Comdoc.

3. Subscriber’s Responsibilities
With this agreement, The Subscriber agrees, that the subscriber will have full authority of all the processes within the limits determined by Comdoc and will carry the full responsibility of the actions taken through the self-service channel, that the subscriber gives up the right to oppose to actions taken by the use of password, that Comdoc is not responsible for checking personal identification for actions taken by password use, that the subscriber is responsible for keeping his/her password safe and secure, that the subscriber will not share his/her password with a third party and will not let a third party to use his/her password, and that the subscriber is fully responsible for any change or damages/losses related to their accounts in case password is used by any third party, and under no condition Comdoc will be held responsible for any user related damages. Subscriber agrees to acquit Comdoc for any damage/loss and accepts full responsibility for all of the above.

4. Provisions Related to Subscription Process Through Web
4.1 Providing a web service to the Subscriber over the internet does not mean that it is Comdoc’s responsibility to provide any hardware or software support to the Subscriber.
4.2 Subscriber hereby agrees and declares that Comdoc is not responsible for the issues in goods and services provided by the 3rd party services the subscriber is using over internet subscription, and that the subscriber acquits Comdoc from any issues that could be related to Comdoc under Consumer Protection Laws and any relevant regulation.
4.3 Comdoc does not guarantee the indefinite continuation of the services provided in the Self Service channels, and owns the right to change, add and remove the services provided on the channel.
4.4 Comdoc keeps the right to cancel Subscriber password and/or to prohibit the subscriber from using the self-service channel without notification, based on but not limited to conditions such as, accounts are deactivated, subscriber does not comply with the terms, and/or when Comdoc concludes that the password is used out of the scope of the users agreement, and/or when Comdoc identifies and concludes that the services are used unethically, illegally or improperly, and/or when it is concluded that the security protection rules are not applied. In the event of account cancellation, the Subscriber continues to hold the same responsibilities for his/her account after cancellation as it is before the account was cancelled, and the subscriber declares acceptance of these terms and agrees that he/she will not request any form of compensation from Comdoc based on this event.
4.5 While Comdoc keeps the right to use and/or process the information given by the Subscriber, the Subscriber agrees that he/she cannot request any right or compensation for the self-given information. The subscriber agrees and declares that as soon as he/she finds out or suspects that the password is figured out by a 3rd party, the Subscriber is responsible for acknowledging Comdoc, otherwise the Subscriber will be responsible for any outcomes and damages/loss that could occur to the Subscriber’s account.
4.6 Under this agreement, Comdoc will not be responsible for any uncompleted or cancelled process due to involuntary technical issues or problems that could occur. With this agreement, Comdoc, without any justification, reserves the right to cancel, suspend, change or discontinue the service given under this agreement.
4.7 Any disputes between Comdoc and the Subscriber are subject to legal procedures in TRNC and only the TRNC Courts are authorized for resolving these issues.
4.8 In the event of any disputes between Comdoc and the Subscriber based on this agreement, all records of Comdoc including but not limited to books, any documents, computer and voice records and microfilms could be used as legal evidence and will be determination key points. The Subscriber agrees and declares that the Subscriber acquits the right to request oath that Comdoc and digital records are prepared properly.
4.9 With this agreement, The Subscriber agrees and guarantees that he/she is responsible to provide any documents and information requested by Comdoc right away.
4.10 Comdoc reserves the right to change or renew this agreement without any time constraints.
