Favourite Training topics are listed as seen and were developed as tailor made approach by our team leader Dr. Dolmacı. Trainings are designed as half day session together with learning curve approach that starts with self-reflection of participants and follows with presentation, exercises, analysis and feedback parts in an interactive medium. Pricing differs between €400 to €800 depending on the needs of the client and trainings shall also be part of project pact services to support the overall aim of the consulting and/or project service.
Post training evaluation and mentoring is also optional but advised so that the benefits for our clients are maximized. We believe in personal and professional development of each individual and consider each as a different value in an organization.
